I have just happened upon your blog again. We are in the same spot as you.... waiting, waiting, waiting on Kyrgyzstan. I have spent the whole last year fixated on this topic and it's not been fun. I so want to move past this point in our lives so I do understand and care that you are stuck waiting too. Have you been following along with the JCICS e more…

Just happened upon your blog! I haven't read much of it yet but I'm confused as to how 1) you can get past the FBI clearance and 2) why it was impossible to get! Such mystery. Hmmm... anyway in the process to adopt from Kyrgyz hoping for a baby girl to add to our brood of boys. We're almost ready to submit our dossier to our agency.
If you wo more…

So nice to have a fellow blog reader. For the moment the we are keeping our agency to ourselvesuntil we have signed the final contract. No sense in giving up one name only to have to replace it with another. But I promise to let you know when that happens. more…

I found your blog through the adoption.com boards. I'm so sorry to hear about your story with Vietnam. It is a country close to my heart for a myriad of reasons. I was so excited when they open back up and heartbroken to hear the program will most likely close forever (much like Cambodia).
I'd love to know which agency you're using fo more…
